By using samanvayawellness.in or booking any session, program, webinar or product with Samanvaya Self Healing & Wellness, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Medical Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of our services

Samanvaya provides complementary wellness therapies (supported by Ayurvedic doctors and a clinical nutritionist), wellness education, online programs, webinars and wellness tools. Samanvaya is not a hospital or clinic. Our therapies do not replace diagnosis, prescription or treatment by your own doctor, and we do not claim to cure any disease.

2. Your responsibilities

• Share accurate, complete health information before sessions, including conditions, medications, pregnancy, injuries and surgeries.
• Consult your doctor before starting any new practice if you have a medical condition.
• Tell us immediately if you feel discomfort, and stop any practice that causes pain, dizziness or distress.
• Practise at home as shown in your sessions and at your own discretion.

3. Bookings, rescheduling and cancellations

Sessions are by appointment. Please inform us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Specific fees, payment terms and any refund conditions are communicated at the time of booking.

4. Online programs and webinars

Joining links are for the registered participant only and must not be shared. Recording, redistributing or reselling session content without written permission is not allowed. Webinar dates listed as “Coming Soon” are not confirmed; registering interest creates no obligation on either side.

5. Wellness tools

Prices, availability and delivery terms are shared on enquiry. Tools are wellness and comfort aids, not medical devices; use them as demonstrated and in line with safety guidance.

6. Website content

All text, graphics and the Samanvaya logo are the property of Samanvaya Self Healing & Wellness unless otherwise stated. You may share links to our pages, but may not copy content for commercial use without permission. Website content is general wellness education and may not suit your individual situation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Samanvaya is not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of the website content, from home practice outside of sessions, or from failure to disclose relevant health information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
