About the program
Healing through Mudra and Breathing brings the essentials of Mudra Therapy online. Over a series of live online sessions, you learn a small set of traditional mudras, simple breathing patterns and short relaxation practices, then weave them into a routine that fits your day. The word “healing” here reflects our philosophy of supporting the body's own sense of balance through mindful practice — not a medical promise.
Every practice can be done sitting — on a chair, a cushion or a Vajra Asanam — or reclined or lying down on a bed or mat, whichever feels more comfortable for you. No previous yoga experience is required.
What you will learn
- How to settle comfortably for short practice periods — sitting, reclined or lying down.
- Correct, relaxed finger placement for a selection of commonly practised mudras.
- Gentle breathing techniques — slow nasal breathing, lengthened exhalation and breath awareness — without strain or breath-holding.
- Short routines for specific moments: a morning start, a midday desk reset, pre-study focus and a lying-down evening wind-down before sleep.
- How to track your practice and notice changes in your own comfort, mood and sleep.
Designed for three groups

Calm, structured routines that support focus before study and steadier breathing before exams.
Seniors (55+)
Low-effort practice, sitting or lying down, with adaptations for stiff fingers or reduced grip, and a pace that never feels rushed.
