Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Samanvaya Self Healing & Wellness (“Samanvaya”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through samanvayawellness.in and our communication channels, why we collect it, and your rights. We aim to follow the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the rules made under it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Samanvaya Self Healing & Wellness, founded by Muccharla Bharat Bhushan. Contact for privacy questions and requests: Muccharla Bharat Bhushan, samanvayaselfhealing@gmail.com, +91 86864 47686. Address: Address will be shared on booking confirmation.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details you provide: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address.
  • Enquiry details: the service or program you are interested in, preferred times, whether you are a professional, student or senior, and your message.
  • Health information you choose to share before or during a session (for example, medical conditions, medications, injuries, pregnancy) — used solely to keep your session safe and appropriate.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and performance.

3. Why we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and arrange or confirm sessions, programs and webinar registrations.
  • To assess suitability and keep practices safe for you.
  • To share information you asked for, such as webinar dates or tool prices.
  • To meet legal obligations and keep basic records.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Consent and withdrawal

Our forms ask for your clear consent (an unticked checkbox you choose to tick). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing samanvayaselfhealing@gmail.com or sending a WhatsApp message — withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

5. Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers needed to run this website and our communications, such as our web host (Hostinger), our form-handling service (for example Formspree, if enabled), email provider (Google/Gmail) and WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to message us. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. We may disclose data if required by law.

6. Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

7. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry and session records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete your data earlier, subject to legal requirements.

8. Your rights

You may request access to a summary of your personal data, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure of data no longer needed, and nomination of another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity. You may also raise a grievance with us. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and, in any case, within the period required by law.

9. Grievances

Please contact Muccharla Bharat Bhushan at samanvayaselfhealing@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India in accordance with the DPDP Act.

10. Children

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf; we will seek verifiable parental consent where required.

11. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS encryption on this website and limited access to enquiry data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
