Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your enquiry and our acknowledgement. Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a direct confirmation from us.

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and accepted both these Terms and Conditions and the Medical Disclaimer.

4. Payment Terms

Payment options and final pricing are confirmed before any booking or dispatch.

All fees are to be paid in advance unless agreed otherwise. Pricing is subject to change and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are shared before payment or enrolment.

We request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee depending on the policy in place at the time of booking.

6. Webinar Registration

Webinar registrations are subject to availability. Registered participants will receive joining details prior to the event. Paida Lajin & Dorn Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel webinars due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case registered participants will be notified and offered an alternative date or refund where applicable.

7. Online Program Access

Access to online programs is provided for the duration specified at the time of enrolment. Access credentials are personal and must not be shared with third parties. Paida Lajin & Dorn Wellness reserves the right to suspend access for violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, program materials, webinar recordings and wellness kit instructions — is the intellectual property of Paida Lajin & Dorn Wellness unless otherwise stated.
